As you may have read here on the blog or seen on the news or on Youtube,, I’ve been using my time lately to give back to the community.
My grandmother started a restaurant, that’s still around, and instilled in me a deep love for the food and beverage industry that I carry to this day. COVID-19 has impacted so many jobs in the community, especially those in the restaurant industry. That’s why I’ve been donating my time and skills to photograph food for restaurants in the Phoenix area.
Hopefully, the fresh images will help these restaurants make some sales during these unprecedented, trying times. Then as things start to open back up — bring customers in to dine.
One of these restaurants was Cien Agaves Tacos & Tequila, which actually has two locations, in Old Town Scottsdale and North Scottsdale. I visited the North Scottsdale location, and it certainly lived up to the hype as a top Mexican option in the Phoenix area.
A favorite among locals and out-of-towners alike, Cien Agaves has a casual, upbeat, and fun vibe to pair with tasty tacos and top-shelf tequila. As of Sunday, May 10, both locations are now back open with extra safety measures to protect diners and staff.
