Questions we get most often
How does each session work?
Each session runs up to an hour and is yours alone. We agree on a location, work through a variety of setups, and change outfits or hairstyles along the way so one session produces several distinct looks.
How do I schedule my sessions?
You schedule them. Once you book a plan we send you a private booking link, and you pick the date and location for each session as you go. There are no fixed group dates to work around.
Where do sessions take place?
Our downtown Phoenix studio, your office, your storefront, your home studio, or another location you have in mind. We verify permission with any outside location ahead of time so nothing gets interrupted on the day.
What are Send a Friend and Bring a Friend?
Send a Friend lets you hand a session to someone else, which makes a useful gift for a partner, coworker, or client. Bring a Friend lets you bring someone along and get images together. Both are included with the Elite plan.
Can I bring my whole team?
Not through this plan, since the timing does not work for groups. Our studio photographs headshots for thousands of people every year across Phoenix and Central Arizona, mostly teams at local companies. We offer in office headshots as well as team sessions in our studio, and we can set up a custom online calendar so new hires and remote employees book their own appointments. Do I have to use all of my sessions within the year?
Yes. Running a business is unpredictable, so we understand, but sessions work like a gym membership. They expire at the end of your contract and do not carry over. You can combine up to two sessions at a time if you want extra outfits or looks in one visit.
How and when do I receive my images?
Through a private online gallery within 48 hours. It works on computers, tablets, and phones, and it is easy to share with an assistant, a web designer, or a graphic artist. You have access to every image for the length of your contract. Once the membership ends, downloading and backing up your images becomes your responsibility. Client files are cleared from our drives six months after the contract finishes.

Our Phoenix photography studio has been producing headshots that help brands grow for close to 15 years. Modern marketing has made it impossible to have an online presence without a headshot. Whether that headshot helps you stand out is a different question.
Our headshot clients range from small business owners and CEOs to attorneys and healthcare professionals, and in every case we aim for something better than a profile photo. We want to understand the reason your brand exists, then create images that reach the clients you actually want.

Sessions run up to 60 minutes and flex to what you need, whether that is a few finished images or a wider selection to choose from. You select your images in studio the same day and receive the retouched files within a few business days.

Groups
Group headshot sessions happen at our studio, at your office, or wherever works for your team. For remote teams, new hires, and smaller groups, our Phoenix studio is an easy option. Pricing is per person and adjusts with group size.
