Event Headshots

Trade shows and conferences as the perfect place to offer event headshots. It enables companies with a large, geographically diverse workforce to get stunning and consistent headshots while also allowing conference organizers or sponsors to provide incredible value while generating leads.

Our Headshot Station includes all images in high-resolution, renaming the images per person, personal and commercial usage license, a lead list of all people photographed. Each headshot station is able to photograph as many as twenty people per hour. All headshot packages include basic lead collection and white-label service to feature sponsors.

Full Day

Up to eight consecutive hours with a 45 minute meal break.

Half Day

Up to four consecutive hours of photography time.


Up to one and a half consecutive hours of photography time.


Depending on your needs, you may want to provide a retouched image for each person we photograph. From reducing shine, removing stray hairs, reducing those dark circles under the eyes, or stress acne. Optionally, we can also add this option as needed in the online gallery.

Hair & Makeup

If you really want to WOW your VIPs, staff, and attendees. To help everyone look their best, we can provide a professional makeup artist and get ready station so that everyone who gets their headshot taken can get a quick touch-up before stepping in front of the camera.

Each headshot station can average about 20 people per hour. This can sometimes be faster or slower depending on a few factors. If the headshot booth is in a common, highly-visible area, it tends to get more traffic. In most cases, the headshot station is just about the busiest thing going at any conference. Providing complementary headshots at a conference has about the same effect as giving out candy bars at a kindergarten, plan on it being a popular attraction. In a full day, with ideal circumstances, a single station can serve between 200 and 300 people.

It is all going to depend on the intended use of the images. For a headshot station that’s intended to add value to an event, we don’t recommend it. We use lighting and posing techniques as well as professional hair and makeup touch-ups (optional) to make sure that the images look great right out of camera. If the images are intended to be used for anything larger than LinkedIn or Teams, we recommend adding retouching so that everyone looks their best.

As far as how the images are delivered, you have options. We organize all the images by changing the name of the file to the name of the person in the headshot. So, 1234.jpg becomes Smith_Jane.jpg. This makes it much easier to get the right images to the right people afterward. Once the files are organized, we can offer an online gallery, secure file transfer, or individual delivery by email or text.

Both! We can operate a headshot station on a first-come, first-served basis as well as allow advanced scheduling for executives or VIPs. We recommend a mix of both. That way, your team members can update their headshots without waiting in line and other attendees can take advantage of the experience. We can work with your team to create an experience that is the best of both worlds.

Team Headshots

Team and staff headshot sessions can take place at our downtown Phoenix headshot studio, a downtown Chandler headshot office, on-location at your office, or at a location of your choice. Group sessions are billed per person with the price going down in tiers. For groups with 10 or more people, the travel fee is waived for the first location.
